Batch HEIC to JPG Converter processes your photos on your iPhone. The app does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
The short version: the app converts images to JPG entirely on your device, and we do not collect anything.
No data collection
The app does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Specifically, the app has:
- No analytics or tracking of any kind.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No accounts and nothing to sign up for.
- No network access for your images. Conversion happens entirely on your iPhone, and your photos never leave it.
How the app handles your images
Photo library
The app can only read photos you explicitly select in the system photo picker and, with your permission, save converted JPGs back to your library. It has no access to the rest of your library.
Files and cloud providers
When you pick images through the Files interface, including third-party providers such as Google Drive or Dropbox, the app reads only the files you select. Exporting saves JPGs only to the folder you choose.
Clipboard
Images are read from the clipboard only when you tap Paste. iOS shows its standard paste notice when this happens.
Metadata
Image metadata (EXIF) is preserved in converted files by default. If you enable Strip location (GPS), location metadata is removed from the converted copies. Nothing is read or used for any other purpose.
Conversion history
The app keeps a local history of converted images so you can re-share or re-export them. This history:
- Is stored only on your device, inside the app's private storage.
- Is automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Can be deleted at any time, per conversion or entirely through Settings → Clear history.
Deleting the app deletes all of its data.
Permissions the app asks for
| Photo library (add and selected read) | Read the photos you pick and save converted JPGs back. |
|---|
Denying this permission still lets you convert images from Files or the clipboard.
Children's privacy
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised. Given the app's design—no servers, no accounts, and no collection—meaningful changes are unlikely.
