Terms
Terms of Use.
Effective July 18, 2026
These terms explain how the product website may be used and identify the standard Apple license that governs use of the iPhone app.
Use the app and website only for photos and files you are authorized to process. You remain responsible for choosing the output settings, reviewing the results, and retaining any source files you need.
App license
Unless the App Store product page identifies a separate custom agreement, use of Batch HEIC to JPG Converter is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app is licensed for use through the App Store; it is not sold as software ownership. Apple’s agreement describes the license scope, usage rules, support responsibilities, termination, and other conditions that apply.
Website information
This website explains the app’s confirmed features and provides general information about HEIC and JPG workflows. Content is provided for informational purposes and may be updated as the app, iOS, or third-party services change.
Third-party websites, upload forms, email services, and file providers set their own format, size, resolution, and account requirements. Their availability and behavior are outside the app’s control.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app or website to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, process files you are not authorized to use, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Features, compatibility, and website content may change over time. Keep source files that matter to you and review converted JPGs before deleting, submitting, publishing, or delivering anything.
Privacy
The app’s handling of photos, metadata, permissions, and conversion history is described in the Privacy Policy.
